Travel is physical. You can train for it.

Six weeks of one-on-one virtual training with a physical therapist, for people with places to go.

The grandkids. Disney. An Alaskan cruise. Europe. The Grand Canyon. Or nothing booked yet.

An older man checks his watch as he pulls a roller bag quickly down a busy airport concourse.A grandmother walks through a theme park at dusk carrying her sleeping grandson on her hip.An older man in a red jacket climbs a steep gangway up to a ship, one hand on the rail.An older woman leads a walking-tour group along a cobblestone street, asking the guide a question. An older woman with trekking poles climbs a steep, misty forest trail among redwoods. An older man climbs rough stone steps on a mountain trail, laughing with his granddaughter, who is just out of frame.

Every trip asks something of your body.

Long airport walks. Heavy bags. Stairs with no elevator. Day after day.

That's strength, balance and stamina, and you can build all three.

Hi, I'm Charlotte.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a former personal trainer, and a martial artist and instructor for 25 years. I've spent years getting people back on their feet specializing in folks with hip and knee replacements.

And I love to travel. I want you out there too.

"Getting older shouldn't mean making your world smaller."

Wherever you're starting from

You don't have to be in shape to start.

  • "I haven't exercised in years."

  • Charlotte: Good. We'll start right where you are.

  • "I had a knee replaced."

  • Charlotte: You're in the right place. We'll build on that new joint.

  • "I walk every day, but ten days of sightseeing?"

  • Charlotte: Walking is a great base. We'll add stairs, strength and stamina.

  • "I'm pretty fit, but this hike is a big one."

  • Charlotte: Then we'll train for exactly what it asks of you.

You can do more than you think.

You can do this trip.
